From youth potential to lasting impact
Avrupa Girisim Association is a civil society organization that uses EU and local funding to nurture young people's entrepreneurial spirit, encourage innovative thinking, and unlock their personal and professional potential. It supports young people in becoming productive and responsible actors who can adapt to a changing world, not merely individuals who establish businesses. Building skills aligned with the green and digital transitions, supporting innovative ideas, and connecting young people with good practices from Europe are among its core fields of activity.
To strengthen young people's entrepreneurial spirit, the association equips them with contemporary skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and leadership. Through inclusive policies and cooperation with public institutions, universities, and the private sector, it creates opportunities to develop these skills while supporting personal growth through mentoring programs and training opportunities. This approach encourages careers that go beyond employment and create social value.

Association PresidentResponsible for the association's strategic direction, institutional representation, and governance processes. He plays an active role in partnerships with public institutions, universities, and civil society organizations.

Project ManagerResponsible for coordinating and implementing the application. Experienced in Erasmus+ youth projects, project design, activity planning, stakeholder management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
