Through its interdisciplinary structure, it connects different institutions, facilitates processes, and acts as an interface focused on long-term impact.
The association's core approach is to produce rather than merely discuss, foster cooperation rather than competition, and create lasting social impact rather than short-term visibility.
Young people are positioned not merely as event participants but as active actors who develop ideas, make decisions, implement activities, and evaluate the process.
Activities grounded in real life are designed with municipalities, universities, civil society organizations, and private-sector representatives.
Workshops, mentoring, creative production, and project-based activities strengthen teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Safe and supportive environments are created for young people from diverse social, economic, and educational backgrounds to express themselves.
Responsible for the association's strategic direction, institutional representation, and governance processes. He plays an active role in partnerships with public institutions, universities, and civil society organizations.
Responsible for coordinating and implementing the application. Experienced in Erasmus+ youth projects, project design, activity planning, stakeholder management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
